ULTRACIDE 64
Ultracide 64 is derived from esterifying glycerol with a mix of caprylic and capric (C8:C10) fatty acids, which are fractionalized from coconut or palm kernel oils.
It can be used as:
- Solubilizer/carrier in flavors
- Emollients/emulsifier in cosmetics
- Energy source in nutraceutical applications
