How can I return the items I have ordered?

If you receive your order in a damaged condition, email us at online@ultramarinepigments.net with details and we will send across a replacement. If possible, send us pictures of the product/packaging in a damaged condition. If you accidentally receive wrong product, let us know and we will send the right one. Unless you received the product in a damaged condition or we sent you the wrong product, we will not be able to process return and refund.

Can I exchange the product I have purchased?

We currently do not offer exchanges, but if there is something wrong with the product, please email us at online@ultramarinepigments.net

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order. However, you would not be able to cancel your order if the order has been shipped (which usually takes from 24 to 48 hours from the time of placing the order.

Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes . A cancellation fee of 2% will be deducted from bill amount and refund will be issued.
